I have heard a lot about scams so I was skeptical when I first signed up, but you helped me save two houses! You cut the payment with Ocwen nearly in half (from $1271 per month to $661) on my house that has been in our family for generations.

You also got the interest rate reduced on a house I rent out-everyone told me that wasn't possible and now you're helping me fix my credit. I'm not skeptical anymore!

I can't believe what you guys accomplished for us. When Sal and I signed up we had less than two weeks before house was to be sold at auction. We had been working with a non-profit organization referred to us by our lender. At that point we were $58,000 behind on our loan with Select Portfolio Servicing, and our next calls after calling you would have been classifieds looking for somewhere else to live in a hurry. I honestly didn't think you'd be able to do anything, but I figured I didn't have anything to lose because of your warranty and we desperately wanted to stay in our house. Not only were you able to get our sale date postponed, but you were able to use that time to work with them to get us current--without us having to write a check for $58,000--and were somehow able to reduce our payment from $3608 without our taxes and insurance to $3014 including our taxes and insurance. I've since referred several friends to you who have seen similar results. You were an answer to our prayers in the dark time, and for that we'll be eternally grateful.

When we first became members of NCA we were eight months behind on our payments and Homeq had our property scheduled to be sold at auction. Needless to say times were desperate. When I spoke to one of your representatives I have to admit I was a little skeptical. It all sounded too good to be true.
